This three-day intimate event encourages opportunities for you to promote your business as a professional in the Driven Pile Industry and provides a business network for you to develop new client relationships. If you want to showcase information and promote take-away solutions about your products, services, equipment, materials, or just provide prominent visibility for your company before industry decision-makers and end-users, then you need to be an Exhibitor!
PDCA ‘s conference program for 2017 provides attendees maximum exposure to networking and connecting face-to-face with Exhibitors. New in 2017, the Exhibit Hall will host all of our Food and Beverage functions including two evening Receptions, Breakfasts, Refreshment Breaks and the Exhibitors Luncheon (excludes Project of the Year Awards Luncheon and Annual Dinner).
ABOUT THE EXPO HALL:
The Exhibit Hall will have (52) booths available, including “Exhibitor’s Island” and exhibitors will have the opportunity to display information about their company, products, services and materials for the duration of the conference. The Exhibit Hall is located adjacent to the general session room, providing easy access, visibility, and a constant flow of traffic between the general sessions and exhibitors.
Exhibitor’s fee includes an eight-foot by ten-foot pipe and draped booth. The back drape is eight feet high and sidewalls are three feet high. Booths also include one six-foot skirted tables, two chairs, a wastebasket, a five-amp 120-volt outlet and a company sign.
Booth selection is made on a first come, first served basis, only after the company completes and submits a conference registration form and payment to PDCA. Exhibitors are required to stay set up throughout the entirety of the event, which concludes at 1:30pm after the Exhibitor’s Luncheon on Friday, June 30.
